Check out this custom gun we put together for Lynn Thompson, President of Cold Steel knife company.
Lone Wolf has been a longtime friend and supporter of Lynn Thompson and Cold Steel knives. It only seemed fitting that when Lynn had a need for a custom Glock that he would come to Lone Wolf for his fix.
We started by sourcing a Glock 21SF via our distributors. Once we had the base in hand we went to work by swapping out the barrel to one of our 416 stainless steel barrels. Lynn liked XS sights, so we reached out to the good folks at XS and got some XS Big Dot defensive night sights. Thanks to Stephanie over at XS, Lynn will be able to make quick hits with confidence.
We also had Dan our Armorer work his magic on Lynn's frame, to give it a great trigger pull and smooth out the "rough edges".
Now that Lynn had a nice G21, we set out to build him up a 10mm G20 longslide that he could swap onto the existing frame, covering both his .45ACP and 10mm needs.
The 20L slide also sports XS sights and some tweaked internals. Lynn wanted a clean, classy appearance so we limited outside flash; to just a Cold Steel custom engraved slide cover plate and custom shop logo.
